American architecture features many iconic styles that we treasure, romanticize and replicate. However, there are not many homebuyers who look at an outdated split-entry home and see design potential.

Built in the 1950s and 60s, these “raised ranch homes” were popular among the era’s young homebuyers because they represented a fresh design.

When we had the opportunity to purchase and renovate this 1960s split, that’s exactly what we saw: A starting point for fresh design. The finished product is an expansive, open and airy family home spanning three seamlessly connected levels.

We lifted this dated, 1960s ranch into the modern era with contemporary finishes, luxury upgrades and obsessive attention to detail. The home includes meticulously-planned lighting indoor and out, professional sound systems, smart technology and more to make it the ideal location for hosting intimate gatherings and large family events.
Second floor addition: We added a second floor with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Open floor plan: We redesigned and opened up the entire first-floor layout, including a living room, family room, high-ceiling dining room, full guest bedroom suite, powder room and professional kitchen with walk-in pantry.
Basement renovation: The basement is a fully-renovated, third floor of living space, featuring a playroom with a fireplace, full bathroom, guest bedroom, office and laundry.
Outdoor living: The rear exterior features a multi-function deck overlooking the yard, with a lounge area, dining area and lower entertaining area with hammocks, bar and fire pit.
